Certifying In-House Facilitation
The Learning Edge provides certification for in-house Facilitators who receive materials to deliver world class training programs, as well as The Learning Edge's shared best practices.
Open Enrolment
When a client identifies they have a core group of individuals wishing to attend a specific program, The Learning Edge will announce an Open Enrolment program where leaders from a variety of organizations may attend.

Connections Leadership Journey® is an 8-module comprehensive approach to leadership development. This program focuses on the role of an authentic leader in connecting with team members through intentional communication, coaching, employee development, change and conflict management.
